The use of this website is expressly subject to the acceptance of all the terms and conditions established in this document and in any other place of this website. Do not use this website, if you do not accept all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
It is a federal and state offense to buy any product or service through fraudulent means. The products and / or services purchased on this website should not be used for any illegal purpose. In TeleYuma, we use automated and manual systems to confirm the appropriate credit card authorization, this includes having TeleYuma representatives call the people who have hired TeleYuma services. Also, each transaction is tracked. Information related to fraudulent transactions, including IP addresses, detailed call records, email addresses and transaction data, is collected and made available to law enforcement officials when necessary to assist in the processing of Anyone who attempts to commit credit card fraud on our websites.

International top-up service / Nauta top-up
The international top-up service, including mobile top-up and Nauta top-up, allows mobile credit increase in many countries that can be used in the services offered by your operator in the destination country such as making calls or accessing the Internet , etc.
The recharge to a mobile is made from your TeleYuma account by choosing in your contacts the mobile to recharge. The recipient of the credit sent through this “service” will not need to have an account with TeleYuma since the credit on the destination mobile is provided by the recipient’s local provider.
Nauta recharge credits (only in Cuba) can be used to access the Internet through Etecsa Wi-Fi access areas in Cuba, browse the web, make audio or video calls, etc. Nauta top-up credits are sent to a valid email address, with valid domains declared by Etecsa, with valid domains declared by Etecsa.
Your balance in your TeleYuma account is only for prepaid services such as: calls and SMS and cannot be used for international top-up service. Mobile and Nauta recharge credits must be purchased separately. To process the credits of a recharge to a mobile or nauta, you will be asked to enter the cell phone number or email address to which the recharge will be attributed in Cuba. You will also be asked to accept these Terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered the correct telephone number or email address for sending such recharge; Recharging a mobile or nautic address incorrectly invalidates the possibility of a return of the service since it is not reversible, which is why the Application will require the user to REVIEW and CONFIRM said information BEFORE completing the purchase.
The price you pay for recharges of mobiles and cards is made up of the cost of the contractually established service with the providers of these services plus the processing component thereof, which could vary depending on the amount to be processed. If the mobile or nauta recharges that you send must be received in a currency that is not that of your credit or debit card, there may be a conversion fee from the financial institution that supports your credit or debit card.
The total amount charged, including the processing fee, will be shown in the Application before you are asked to confirm the transaction. Once the transaction has been confirmed, the payment will be processed. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the amount of the credits purchased, minus the fees that exist, will be sent to the account number you provided to receive the credits.
TeleYuma will send you an email confirmation that will include recharge information once the transaction has been successfully completed. Once the recharge is processed by the local provider of the destination mobile, it can be used immediately. All purchases of mobile recharges and cards and the credits transferred by these services cannot be returned, as indicated in the previous paragraphs, they are irreversible services.
